We have assembled a team of industry professionals: Contractors, Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Attorneys and Investors to make the dream of home ownership possible for most people who are working and have a down payment, regardless of past credit history, and people who are qualified to purchase a home but are looking for the very best deal possible. We offer rent to own, lease option and mortgage qualifying programs to get you into the home you deserve. How can we do this? Simple. We are in an unprecedented period in history where for the first time real estate values have declined. This has been triggered by the run up in housing prices from 2003-2007 that over inflated the real value of houses. Exotic loans such as no doc, adjustable rate, interest only and negative amortization created the perfect storm for the foreclosure crisis we are experiencing today. In many cases, people borrowed too much, or as a result of the decline in the economy have fallen behind on their payments due to a job loss, reduced hours, divorce or a myriad of other factors GMS Financial Group is a team of investors that is buying homes throughout the region for bargain prices. Many of these homes have failed to sell in the 'old school' manner of putting a sign on the front lawn and listing with a regional listing service. We are rehabbing these homes and offering them for sale at less than fair market value to savvy pre-qualified buyers, individuals whose credit is less than perfect but have a down payment and to people who will partner with us in rehabbing these incredible deals on homes as part of their down payment and equity.
